All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day. When an order is validated between 3pm and 4pm, we'll do our best to get it shipped that same day.
In any case, all orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours (except on weekends and bank holidays).

Shipping your order

Colissimo (DPD Group) is used for standard UK delivery.

The shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping. The price will vary depending on the weight of your parcel. We advise you to group your orders whenever possible. We take great care in wrapping all products.

All of our boxes are much larger than the items so they are well protected.

With So Colissimo, you can choose where the package will be delivered among many shopkeepers available near your home, workplace or even vacation home. You will receive updates about your parcel expected delivery date. You’ll then have 10 days to go pick it up. But don’t forget! After that period, your package will be returned to the sender.

DPD Group - SO Colissimo - Home Delivery (£2,49 excl. VAT / £1,49 for any orders over £99,00) :

Your package will be delivered directly to you or in your mailbox. If its size doesn’t fit your mailbox, it will be made available at the nearest post office. You have 10 days to collect it. After that period, it will be returned to the sender. In any case, you will receive an update 24 hours before the package is delivered.

DPD Express Europe (£7,99 excl. VAT / £4,99 for any orders over £99,00) :

Express delivery of your package the following day in most of the largest cities and in 2 to 3 days in other cities. London, Manchester, Birmingham... in D+1 and most UK cities in D+1/D+2.
