Before disassembling the speaker of your iPhone 6S, you have to securely turn it off.
Maintain the power button on the top for a few seconds.
Then slide to the right to "power off" button in red.
Your iPhone 6S is now turned off.
With a pentalobe screw driver, remove the two screws circled in red on the picture.
Those screws are on both side of the lightning connector of the phone.
Those two screws maintain the bottom part of the screen on the iPhone's frame.
Then put the iSclack on the iPhone 6S.
The suction cups have to be near the home button (at the bottom) as shown on pictures 1 and 2.
Make sure the suction cups are perfectly attached to the iPhone and then close the handle of the iSlack to separate the suction cups, pulling the front panel up from the rear case.
A black seal on both sides of the phone and another white one at the top and bottom hold the display assembly to the rear panel.
Then lift the display assembly to a 90° angle.
With a cruciform screwdriver, remove the two screws circled in red.
Those screws secure the battery connectors and dock connector bracket.
Grab the dock connector bracket and remove it with tweezers.
Then disconnect the battery with a nylon spudger.
Remove the four cruciform screws circled in red that secure the screen connectors bracket.
Grab and remove that bracket.
Then with the nylon spudger, disconnect the home button/force touch cable and then the front camera/proximity/light sensor/secondary microphone cable.
Then disconnect the screen cable.
The screen of your iPhone 6S is now disassembled.
Disconnect the dock connector cable with the nylon spudger.
Disconnect the GSM antenna cable.
Use the cruciform screwdriver and remove the 5 screws that secure the external speaker.
Use the nylon spudger and push left the GSM antenna.
Using the nylon spudger, peel off the external speaker and remove it.
The speaker of your iPhone 6S is now disassembled.
You can replace it with a new one if needed.
