Symptoms:
Before replacing the power/eject button card of your Playstation 4 Slim, you have to turn it off and disconnect all its cables for safety reasons (especially the power supply cable and the HDMI).
Use the nylon spudger to unclip the hard disk plastic bracket.
Then, use the cruciform screwdriver to remove the screw circled in red securing the hard disk tray.
Grasp the plastic element and gently pull it to remove the hard disk tray.
Remove the whole tray.
The hard drive of your Playstation 4 Slim is now removed.
After that, remove the screw circled in red with a Torx T8 screwdriver.
Slide the iSesamo in the space on the left side and then on the right side. Pry up to unclip the lower case.
Grasp the lower case and remove it.
The lower case of your Playstation 4 Slim is now removed.
Grasp the power button card cable and gently disconnect it.
Then use the cruciform screwdriver to remove the screw securing the power button card.
Grasp the power/eject button card with tweezers and remove it.
The power/eject button card of your Playstation 4 Slim is now disassembled.
You can replace it with a new one if needed.
